The flight was full and given the high Covid infections I would have liked people, including the crew, to wear masksOur flight from Zürich to Los Angeles was canceled on the day we were supposed to leave. We found out only when we were at the check-in at the airport in Rome. So we could never fly home and now we had to be rescheduled to 22 July. By Lufthansa. And we never heard back from chat deal or you a KAYAK we tried to contact you over and over and now we’re incurring extra expenses to spend three more days in Rome. This is not acceptable. I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."Minusy: "No place to put my feet. The first part was the flight from Warsaw to Munich with the departure time 1:15 pm on July 24. When I arrived at Chopin airport in Warsaw I learned that the departure time was changed to 9:15 am. I have not received any notification about the change of the departure time. I had to change my travel plans which could have been easily avoided if I were informed about the change. I used to have respect for the excellent service Lufthansa was providing. Lufthansa proved not to be the same reliable air line anymore. Lufthansa also managed to lose my suitcase. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu.
